Group texting
Emitrr offers the group texting capability to ease out communication among team members and even customers. Weave doesn’t offer this feature. Group texting is important as it helps boost transparency and saves time.
Mass texting
Emitrr allows customers to send personalized mass texts, with a variety of text templates and multiple properties to choose from. You can also add images and documents to your mass text messages and send the texts to as many people as you want.
Open/close conversations
When you hane hundred of conversations in your inbox, it is almost impossible to keep on scrolling to find conversations. Emitrr allows you to mark conversations as open and closed. So whenever you mark a conversation as closed, it will go in a separate inbox called closed. You’ll have separate inboxes for open and closed conversations to avoid confusion.
Translation
This is a very unique feature of Emitrr that breaks the linguistic barriers and allows you to converse with customers who speak different languages.
When you send them a message in English, the message will get translated into the language that your customer speaks. Similarly, when they respond in a different language, the message will get translated into English for you. This further helps build strong relationships between you and your clients.
Schedule-based texting
You can easily use your schedule to text your customers in dicey situations, instead of picking up your phone and dialing every single customer. You can either communicate with selective customers on your schedule or communicate with all customers in one go.
Track metrics
With Emitrr, you can track your missed calls, dispositions, review requests sent, review summary, texting usage, and booking requests.
